HAZARDOUS BIO

Name: HAZARD

Age: 27 (When he was still human)

Height: 6’’9

Weight: 156 lbs

Powers/Abilities:
His “Toxic Drive”: This is when HAZARD either:
A) Manages to get a grip of you or B)When vapor form and manages to posses the body.
HAZARD, while taking over, takes over the mental ability to all the nerves and muscles in your body and as time rolls, he releases a deadly toxin in the system, and it will ventually gather in a spot within the body and stay there. What this does is it can give him the ability to kill the victim anytime he pleases since the toxin cannot be drawn once entering the system unless he desires to move it himself. So, any desire, just with a clench of his fist, the toxic drive explodes, sending to basically eat at tissues, and break blood vessels, thus eventually the victim will have eternal bleeding and eventually drop dead.

Then there's "HAZARD Fire", it's physical looks is exactly like you see that green fire in his hand here. He summons these when opponent is far and if hit with these, it leaves REALLY scotching 3rd degree burns.

Backstory: HAZARD was originally once human. His original human name was Harvey Bolivar. He was a general of the London army, but during a battle against a terrorist/assassination corporation and he was captured by a soldier who he thought was a comrade and was brought into the hide out of the enemy, called the D.A.C. Harvey was then kept under heavy watch and was daily tortured and forced to say any known secrets he would know of the family line they’re after.
Harvey, of course, knew everything but also couldn’t remember everything and never said a word. Angering and loosing patience with forcing knowledge, General Thrasher, the mastermind behind the D.A.C, took him into high captivity and was soon experimented on, mostly another version of torture to have Harvey talk, but he never said a word. Without another word, he was taken into a laboratory and the D.A.C ended up re-writing is genetic code, however during the progress, one of the Coopers ended up attacking the hide out, and the location also had a toxic waste storage. During battle the toxic waste melted through many levels of the hideout, ‘ventually leaking though the ceiling into the lab and ended up integrating into the rewriting of Harvey’s genes. When the rewriting was complete, Harvey had strength that he never experienced and felt beyond stronger. He was then gifted with the power of the “Toxic Drive”, thus he was able to melt into acid or turn into a poison vapor and so much more and thus, dubbed himself “HAZARD” and he was completely changed. Memory stuck with him. But he was changed.

He was involved with the D.A.C against the Coopers but that quickly changed when he was given a truth about how he was being used to kill them off and not on his own, thus without hesitation, he ended up being half the cause of the downfall of the D.A.C. Destroying them right beside the young 16 year old, Celia Cooper. However, right after the battle, HAZARD ended up killing Celia’s uncle, who was the original Cooper that attacked the hideout the night he was created. Beyond outraged and blinded by THINKING she was betrayed, Celia tries to fight HAZARD, only failing when she was taken away with the rest of her family to flee the ruins of London.

6 years later, HAZARD ends up looking and finding an abandoned prison cell where he finds Celia there, 22 years old and a colonel/prison guard and ends up meeting with HAZARD again. On sight of each other, they end up going down in combat. However, during so, HAZARD ends up pulling a wrong move where he somehow while having the girl’s throat crushed in his fist, he ended up integrating his toxic drive into Celia, mildly but painfully rewriting Celia’s code and her fluffy ears and tail slowly disappeared and was now human, however leaving a strange tattoo on her back of what looks like a raccoon head.
HAZARD now still roams the destroyed, firey city of London, enjoying the sights of the fire lit skys and the slight green glow with the flames of the toxin within the air.

Personality: When first meeting, HAZARD appears as a very polite and sarcastic with his words. He’s very non-chalant and extremely sadistic.
Also, really doesn’t give a shit about you, even though he may show it if you tell him anything tragic happening of your past. He would gladly tell you of what happened to him, and even give gruesome details of how he loved the feeling of Celia’s neck crushing in his fist. When he finishes, he’ll just stand there, give a little bow and say:
“Now then…shall we?” with the widest, pleasuring grin.
HAZARD also NEVER lets his guard down and rarely looses his cool so even trying to piss him off to go in any expected rage is futile.

Strengths: His opponents letting their guard down. If he’s able to grab a hold of you, he can possess the body when in vapor form, and shoots his toxic drive in the blood stream, ventually slowly eating away inside. This can also go for machinery, where instead, he releases acid to melt circuits, etc. And he’s powerful in hand to hand combat and can also throw powerful kicks since he has long legs.

Weaknesses: Here’s a secret. HAZARD still has a little human in him, and his suit isn’t all THAT strong, so manage to even rip his suit and get to his flesh, he bleeds. And of course, the human body eventually slows down from blood loss. Also, fire is a bit of a trouble since he can’t turn into his vapor form when in high temperatures of heat/fire.
